Contact Beacon Modular Homes

Lets get started. The first step is to tell us what you dream about in a new home in our initial concept meeting

Land & Lot Evaluation

Where are you going to build your new home? Do you own land? Do you need help finding the right piece of property? Joe Correia REALTOR® is the right person to help you locate the perfect home site. We will walk the property with you to determine its suitability for modular construction.

Financing your home

Getting financing for a new modular home has never been easier. Determine your budget by getting pre-approved for a loan. Choose a construction lender that understands payment schedule with modular construction from our list of recommended lenders

Design your new home

Start with our plans or yours. Find inspiration from our large selection of home plans and styles, and together with our design experts, you can customize them to fit your budget requirements and design goals. Our architectural designers can also listen to your ideas and design a completely custom modular home to fit your needs and desires.

Add the finishes and options you love

It’s your home, style it the way you want - hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, granite counters, a stone fireplace. Our Design Center lets you see and touch the colors, styles and options available for your walls, floors, cabinets, windows, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and more.

Purchase and Sales agreement

Let’s make your dreams a reality! We sign contracts for you to take to the bank of your choosing. State engineered plans necessary for the building permit application are then completed. As the bank works toward a closing date we will be working on your building permit!

Build a solid foundation

Permit is approved! Lets get digging. The foundation is so essential to a well built home that we won't build a home if we're not building the foundation.

Order your home

Relax your home will be built indoors where materials are protected from the elements and a consistent workforce assembles the homes.

Your new home gets delivered

Watching your home arrive on a truck is a real crowd pleaser - in the morning you have a foundation and by evening you have a home. Your home comes in 75% complete and is set on your foundation in typically one day.

Finishing touches on site

This is when we’re hard at work taking care of the finish work on-site. There's always some siding, roofing, flooring and a deck or porch to be finished on site. It's all part of the plan, and the crews that make these finishing touches are experts at ensuring every detail is perfect.

Move in!

Move in day is here. It's real, it's done and it's on your lot ready for you to bring in the furniture and make this house your home!
